There is nothing so frustrating as having the same conversation year after year, whether it is about progression opportunities, development of a niche area, or salary increases. We find people are more likely to become frustrated by broken promises than almost anything else in the workplace. We always try to ensure when you move to a new role that promises are carried through and if plans are set for the future they are realistic and written in to your contract where possible.
