With more than 50% of the profession now female, equality has never been more pressing. With recruitment and retention for firms a huge issue, making sure you are getting and retaining the best of the qualified lawyers out there is so important. Inclusion is key to making this happen. And if in your career you want to keep developing and growing, then diversity amongst your peers, colleagues and clients is to be welcomed as the lifeblood of new ideas and new ways of doing things.
