Over the past few months, I’ve had many conversations with lawyers at different stages in their careers – from trainees to partners – and I kept hearing similar themes:

This month: New Ways to Support You in Your Legal Career
CV Masterclass
One hour each evening for one week (via WhatsApp, max 10 people), guiding you through how to craft a CV that reflects who you are and what you want next – whether it’s internal promotion or a new role.
It will be a closed, confidential session where you can put your questions to me, we can discuss as a group and I can guide you thought the thoughts and reasoning behind drafting a CV so that you can have that knowledge for now and the future.
You will come out with a fully drafted CV if you follow each step. As recent high profile events have shown us, sometimes you need a CV when you least expect it!

A one-to-one coaching-style session to step back and reflect:

What isn’t?
Where is your career headed?
A space to talk it through, honestly and without pressure. Not aimed at finding you a new role, just aimed at getting your thoughts together for the future.
This can be the space you need to reflect, the motivation to continue or to pivot. You set the schedule!
