So in two years’ time we will be out of the EU…. perhaps!
I’m not going to start debating the details of it but there can be no doubt that there is a strength of feeling from the general populous that something needs to change.
This month: The risk of staying v. the risk of leaving?
From a legal market point of view it seems there is certainly going to be a lot of work for solicitors; the champions of certainty and the eliminators of risk!
Life will go on and people will require the same advice and guidance as they have always done. If you are fearful of all change then you will be limited in your own career. ‘Better the devil you know’ is no reason to stay in a job, but then ‘change for the sake of change’ is no reason to leave either.
Take time to think about what your ideal role or career path might look like.
What would you change about your current role if you could?
Either call us or drop us an email letting us know what is that you are looking for and if a role comes along that can realise this for you we will get in touch. You can then be sure that nothing passes you by and you aren’t left in a mediocre role for fear of change. There will always be things that we would like to change, the reality is that you need to hold on to your own aspirations and make them happen no matter what the world around you is doing.
We have worked with people for more than 2 years to find them the right role! Nothing happens overnight and you need to make sure your career aspirations are being met, so get in touch sooner rather than later.
Once things become clearer you can sell your clients a ‘Brexit proof your business/ personal affairs’ service! I am sure many of your clients would welcome and be happy to pay for that kind of reassurance!
