As a legally qualified professional with 20 years experience of providing services to the legal profession I understand the pressures of operating in the legal field.
Following my law degree and Commercial Law Masters I began my career in legal CPD training as Business Development Manager for a nationwide CPD provider in Bristol. I then moved back to my home county of Suffolk, had a short stint at a large recruitment company before I was headhunted for a role setting up the legal side to an existing headhunting business. Following the births of my two children I decided to set up Clara Rose Consultancy, back in 2011. Matching the aspirations of both firms and individuals are of utmost importance to me as is the need for confidentiality.
Being based in Suffolk my immediate focus in on East Anglia and the North Home Counties, however I have helped firms and solicitors from Brighton to Newcastle-upon-Tyne. I regularly help solicitors relocate their working lives away from London either closer to their homes or just for a better balance in their lives.
