After completing a BSc in Psychology and Social Science, in 2001 I joined a law firm. Whilst studying for the CPE and LPC, I worked my way from legal secretary to a qualified solicitor specialising in Employment Law.
In 2012 I joined a top 30 accountancy practice and there founded the first SRA regulated law firm to be owned by accountants, in the UK. As a founding Partner and Compliance Officer I held responsibility for the management and leadership of the legal entity and its growing team.
After nearly 20 years in the profession, I opted to leave the law so that I could work with lawyers in a different capacity. As a certified ILM Coach and NLP practitioner and licenced Liberating Leadership© and Pioneering Professional© practitioner, I work with clients through my business, Skylark.
Bringing all my experience together, I support clients of Clara Rose Consultancy by:
- Identifying key prospective individuals when you’re looking to make key recruitment appointments;
- Complimenting your onboarding process to increase successful transition of key appointments, via one-to-one executive coaching;
- Assisting you with making leaders out of managers, which will add to your financial performance, through facilitating self-management and leadership programmes.
I strive to build strong relationships with all my network to maximise the success of any placements I make.
