My experience
- For the past 13 years, I have specialised exclusively in recruiting lawyers across a range of organisations. This has given me a strong understanding of what makes a CV stand out and secure an interview.
- I spent 10 years working in HR roles, most recently as an HR Manager within a law firm. In that position, I regularly shortlisted candidates, reviewed CVs and applications, and conducted interviews alongside senior lawyers.
- I hold a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the CIPD, as well as a business degree.
A little about me
Outside of recruitment, I enjoy playing the piano at advanced/professional level. I achieved a Distinction in ABRSM Grade 8 Piano and a Merit in the ARSM Diploma (Level 4).
