All law firms know that finding good support staff to strengthen the practice is vital. That is why starting this month I have Ali Gibbs joining me to broaden the service that we offer to include all legal staff.
Formerly a Practice Manager for a local law firm Ali has a unique insight into the needs and frustrations of support staff and so is ideally placed to help them develop their careers.
Can legal support staff really expect career development? We think so, and that is why Ali has come on board to work with those firms that I am already in close contact with, who are forward thinking law practices who share this vision. We see this as a parallel and complimentary service to the support we already offer to you.
